Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products all sales are considered final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products with the exception of items damaged in transit.  In the case of items that are received damaged, we must receive notification and digital images of the damage items within 5 days of delivery confirmation from our carrier.  Once confirmed we will refund your purchase cost.
